This website

This website has no accounts, contact forms, newsletter, cookies or analytics scripts of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe (shown to customers as Onelink), which acts as the merchant of record for sales on this site. Stripe collects your payment details, name, email and billing address, and handles tax, fraud checks and receipts. We never see your card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the data it collects.

We receive your email address and order details so we can send your licence and support you.

Licensing

When you activate the app, it sends your licence key and a hardware identifier for your Mac to our licensing server. We use this only to make sure a licence is used on the number of Macs it covers. After activation the app works offline.

Emails

We use an email service provider to send your licence key and download link. If you write to support, we keep the conversation so we can help you and handle any later issue, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
